Saul Bass created this memorable image for Vertigo, the cinematic masterpiece starring James Stewart and Kim Novak. The film remains one of Alfred Hitchcock's most critically acclaimed films, and this poster is definitely one of the more recognizable images in the history of motion pictures. The three sheet format is always of high interest and this one displays very well. Restoration included replacing missing paper in the right, left, and top border, and touchup was applied to the folds. There is a slight variation in the saturation of color, which is due to the printing process and not uncommon for these posters. Fine on Linen.
