DescriptionHelp! (United Artists, 1965). Very Fine+. French Lobby Card Sets of 12 (2 Sets) (8.25" X 10.5") with Original Studio Envelope. Sets A & B.
After the day-in-the-life humor of A Hard Day's Night, the Beatles and director Richard Lester upped the madcap quotient for the Fab Four's second theatrical film. Ringo is pursued by a bizarre religious cult that wants - what else? - one of his rings. Offered here are both sets of the French lobby cards for the film. What makes these cards especially desirable is the selection of photos, in beautiful full color, featuring scenes not seen in other lobbies or photos from the time. The cards themselves are in good condition and show only slight edge wear, mild creases, and a few unobtrusive stains.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
