    La Dolce Vita (Cineriz, 1959). Italian 2 - Foglio (39" X 55").
    Artist Giorgio Olivetti brings to splendid life Frederico Fellini's Oscar-winning drama on this Italian 2-foglio. The tale follows a week in the life of Marcello Rubini (Marcello Mastroianni), a Roman journalist torn between making something serious of his life or drifting along on a stream of casual affairs. He becomes obsessed with a movie star Anita Ekberg, and makes efforts to meet her. The poster has benefited from professional restoration. Touchup was applied to pinholes in the field, fold wear, and crossfold chips. There are tax/ink stamps in the upper left background, and pink ink in Anouk Aimee's chest is still visible. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
