    Vintage silver gelatin, single weight, glossy finish photos. Starring Max von Sydow, Dorothy McGuire, Robert Loggia, Claude Rains, José Ferrer, Charlton Heston, John Wayne, Van Heflin, Martin Landau, Angela Lansbury, David McCallum, Donald Pleasence, Sidney Poitier, and Shelley Winters. Directed by George Stevens. Included with the photos and press material for The Greatest Story Ever Told are photos for The Ten Commandments (Paramount, 1956), and King of Kings (MGM, 1961), and color, single weight, matte finish British front-of-house photos for Solomon and Sheba (United Artists, 1959). Unrestored items that display signs of use. May include light edge wear, noticeable curling, subtle rippling, slight surface blemishes and indentations, minor creases and checking, pinholes, minute chips and paper lifts, faint smudges, toning, minor scuffs and scratches, or mostly unobtrusive stains. Most of the photos have paper snipes adhered to the verso with plastic tape or adhesive. A few of the photos for The Greatest Story Ever Told have minor adhesive and paper remnants in their images.
