The Deer Hunter (EMI, 1978). British Double Crown (20" X 30").
Overseas, the Academy Award winning film starring Meryl Streep and Robert DeNiro had a much more graphic ad campaign. Depicting DeNiro with the "Russian roulette" pistol to his head, this original-release British campaign poster was withdrawn from circulation soon after its appearance. The poster has minor wear along the left and right edges. Rolled, Very Fine+.
