Marilyn Monroe fills this rarely found British poster, her arresting gaze enhanced by beautifully saturated colors. Small-time nightclub songbird Cherie (Monroe) becomes the object of desire of a brash young cowboy (Don Murray). Monroe is convincing as a chanteuse singing "That Old Black Magic," and Murray was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. The piece boasts artwork by Tom Chantrell and shows only light handling. Only light wrinkling can be detected. This is one of the better posters from this great Monroe title. Rolled, Very Fine+.
