    A Soldier's Oath (Fox, R-1918). One Sheet (27.5" X 41").
    A stunning portrait of William Farnum graces this stone litho stunner, a Heritage first. Farnum is a French soldier who must keep the promise of delivering valuable jewels to his fallen friend's wife. When she turns up dead and the jewels go missing, Farnum is accused. Upon his release from prison a decade later, Farnum comes to suspect the true thief is none other than the man who has courted his daughter. In excellent condition, the one sheet shows some smudging and small tears at the edges, and minor fold separations. Folded, Very Fine+.
