Description

East is West (Universal, 1930). Folded, Very Fine+. Three Sheet (41" X 79").
A remake of the 1922 silent drama starring Constance Talmadge, a young Lupe Velez stars opposite newcomers Lew Ayres and George Robinson in this trans-Pacific romance. Tangentially dealing with issues of race and slavery, this picture was certainly progressive for its times, and gives a small glimpse of three of Hollywood's biggest stars at the beginnings of their careers. This exquisite three sheet is in great shape with only some light fold wear with small crossfold separations and a couple of tears in the upper border.
