Chomping a fine cigar and donning a snazzy top hat and tux on this scarce one sheet, Edward G. Robinson plays a no nonsense but warm-hearted bootlegger in this fast-paced black comedy, A Slight Case of Murder. His wife (Ruth Donnelly) and daughter (Jane Bryan) gaze adoringly at the patriarch, who will do anything to avoid trouble with the law, including hiding bodies! To the best of our knowledge, Heritage believes this to be the only one sheet for this film to be presented at auction. Restoration has addressed two small chips in the right border, a chip in the left border, a chip in the upper border extending slightly into the background, a folded back left border, fold wear, and pinholes in the corners. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
