Starring Happy Hooligan, Jiggs, and Miggs. Directed by Gregory La Cava. A restored poster that has an overall presentable appearance. Restoration has addressed edge and fold wear, tears and chips in the borders and down the center of the poster. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades.
