Featuring an animation drawing of Bart Simpson with three layers of clear animation cels (each cell for a part of the figure, such as skin, t-shirt, and shorts and sneakers; that needs to be colored) Starring the voices of Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Yeardley Smith, Nancy Cartwright, Harry Shearer, Hank Azaria, Pamela Hayden, and Tress MacNeille. Directed by Matt Groening. An unrestored item with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, soft handling creases, and light smudges.
