    Description

Sucre de Raisin (Saint Louis Sucre, c.1930). Very Fine+ on Linen. French Advertising Petite (15.5" X 23.5") Nicolitch Artwork. Advertising.
Offered in this lot is a French advertising poster from the Saint Louis Sucre company based in Paris, France. This poster advertises "sucre de raisin," a syrup made from grapes. A partially restored stone litho poster with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as light edge wear, pinholes, corner bends, minor creases, or faint and unobtrusive smudges. Restoration has addressed some of these issues. A poster graded Very Fine+ may still be on Linen, but this is the highest grade allowed for a poster in this state. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades.
