Description

Double Indemnity (Paramount, 1944). Three Sheet (41" X 81").
Phyllis Dietrichson (Barbara Stanwyck) seduces insurance salesman Walter Neff (Fred MacMurray) and convinces him to murder her husband to collect on his accident policy. Although their plan is successful, their love diminishes leaving them both wary of each other and their violent tendencies. On top of their distrust in each other, an insurance investigator by the name of Barton Keyes(Edward G. Robinson) seems far too interested in Dietrichson's case further adding to their constant suspicions. This brilliant poster for a wonderful film has one minor hole in the pink background and a few small tears along the vertical fold which have been addressed with professional restoration. Extremely rare in this large format! Very Fine on Linen.
