Lifeboat (20th Century Fox, 1944). Partial Three Sheet (41" X 54"). Hitchcock.
This is the top two thirds of a three sheet, missing only the bottom panel which has the William Bendix art, and studio and cast credits. This is for one of Alfred Hitchcock's most controversial and artistically successful films. The poster is simply too rare a poster not to save, and we do not hesitate to offer it. A competent restorer could replace the bottom panel, which consists primarily of text. It could be easily framed and displayed "as is." Starring Tallulah Bankhead, William Bendix, Walter Slezak, Mary Anderson, John Hodiak, Henry Hull, Heather Angel, Hume Cronyn, Canada Lee. Directed by Alfred Hitchcock. An unrestored poster that shows some paper loss. There are very minor tape stains, pinholes, and edge wear with small tears and wrinkles.
