This fantastic one sheet for Invasion of the Saucer-Men delivers everything collectors love about 1950s drive-in sci-fi: campy thrills, sensational imagery, and unforgettable aliens. Designed by Paul Blaisdell, the green, bug-eyed creatures with their cabbage-like heads embody both menace and absurdity, as a pre-Riddler Frank Gorshin, Steven Terrell, and Gloria Castillo scramble to save humanity - ultimately discovering that car headlights are the key to defeating the invaders. The poster itself, created by American International's celebrated graphic artist Albert Kallis, remains one of the era's most iconic designs, with its bold style and bizarre Martians securing a special place in the hearts of collectors. Restoration throughout, including painting, airbrushing, and replacement, has corrected edge and fold wear, pinholes, creases, several tape stains, and an approximately 9.5" X 3.5" area of paper loss at the bottom right corner. It now presents well.
