Offered here is a card signed by Howard Chandler Christy in 1911, the renowned American illustrator and painter. Christy is celebrated for creating the iconic "Christy Girl", a vibrant successor to the Gibson Girl, as well as his legendary World War I military recruitment and Liberty Loan posters. He is also the artist behind the monumental 1940 painting Scene at the Signing of the Constitution of the United States, displayed in the U.S. Capitol. An unrestored card with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as edge and handling wear, faint toning, creasing, and unobtrusive smudging.
