Singin' in the Rain (MGM, 1952). Deluxe Title Lobby Card & Regular Lobby Cards (6) (11" X 14").
When MGM released their major musical of 1952, they created two completely different lobby card sets for the film. The first was a regular set of eight cards, while the second was a set of ten deluxe lobbies that were printed on glossy paper. Featured is the deluxe set's title card and six cards from the regular set. The title card has ink stains and smudging in the interior, paper lifts in the corners, and a printing irregularity along the borders in the blue background. The cards show pinholes in the corners, with two cards having a pinhole in the center of the upper border. Several of the cards have small chips and tears in the corners, some have creasing, two others have staining in the bottom border, and the #5 card has an ink mark in Donald O'Connor's face. Fine/Very Fine.
