Sold only once previously ten years ago, Heritage is proud to welcome back this phenomenal linen finish title lobby card for The Charge of the Light Brigade. A sweeping historical epic, this film brilliantly dramatizes the infamous Crimean War cavalry charge with rousing action, imperial intrigue, and grand romanticism. This was Errol Flynn's second Hollywood star vehicle, and his unexpectedly sensitive performance, marked by personal sacrifice as he loses the lovely Olivia de Havilland to Patric Knowles, lends the film emotional depth beyond its stirring spectacle. This excellent card shows merely light creases, minute corner wear, a miniscule tear within the upper right corner, very faint foxing along the top border, and a reattached punch hole at the upper right corner/reattached tiny chip along the top border that are both being braced by a few strips of archival tape on the verso.
