Disney added a touch of its magic to Jules Verne's 1869 novel in this Oscar-winning adaptation. James Mason, as Captain Nemo, rescues a castaway (Kirk Douglas) who is brought onboard the submarine Nautilus. This was one of Walt Disney's best adaptations and one of the greatest adventures made during the 1950s. Offered here is the half sheet featuring portraits of the cast in great color. The piece shows edge wear with small tears, smudging and creases in the right border, a tear in the bottom border that extends into the artwork and small corner bends. Rolled, Fine+.
