Description

Our Hospitality (Metro, 1923). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
By the time Keaton made his second feature film he was really rounding out a true sense of direction. His ideas, costumes, and sets were carefully chosen and the viewing of his films today proves the success of his efforts. Here is a top card from the set showing Keaton about to be rudely awakened by a sharp trumpet blast. If you want to see his still funny sight gag upon arising, watch the film! The color is excellent and the registration dead-on. The lower right corner has a detached chip with tape on the verso, and light creases in the other corners. There is a faint stain in the top right edge. Fine/Very Fine.
