We have met the enemy and they are us -- in this case, alien creatures that replicate the human form by way of a pod-like organism that saps the life force of its victim, ultimately replacing them. In the small California town of Santa Mira, the locals complain of alienation and disassociation from their loved ones, which puzzles Doctor Kevin McCarthy, in the role that would come to define his career, until he realizes that what is happening is nothing less than an extraterrestrial invasion. This impressive three sheet uses the iconic "handprint" artwork found on much of the ad material for this title, and retains spectacular color. The sheet had fold wear and crossfold separations with small chips out, a chip in the top right image area, and chipping in the top border and bottom right corner, all of which has been addressed with professional restoration.
