In his long and prolific career, James Cagney could play the good-hearted guy next door and a thuggish murderer and be equally believable. His outstanding acting talent is on full display in this superb crime drama in his role as Cody Jarrett, a ruthless mama's boy killer who loses it when he finds out his mother (Margaret Wycherly) is dead and sets out to find her murderer, not knowing his no good wife (Virginia Mayo) is responsible. Paper on this title is always popular, and this rarely seen six sheet will be a hit item. It is in excellent condition, showing only crossfold separations, a few wrinkles, and two minor chips at the bottom edge of the top panel. Very Fine.
