World War I Propaganda (Emergency Fleet Corporation, ca. 1910s). Fine/Very Fine on Linen. Propaganda Poster (18" X 24") "To Everyone in This Plant." War.
Issued by the Emergency Fleet Corporation during World War I, this poster seeks to rally industrial labor by framing shipbuilding as a patriotic duty essential to the war effort. With a commanding tone and striking imagery of a shipyard alongside the U.S. shield, it conveys a sense of urgency and national responsibility, reinforcing the vital role of workers in sustaining the nation's fleet. A restored poster that displays signs of use. May include minor edge wear, corner bends, moderate creases, noticeable smudges and scuffs, a few small border tears, an ink stamp at the bottom right corner, and some light staining along the left border. There are also some ink stamps on the linen verso. Although backed on linen, no additional restoration has been applied. Additionally, the linen has been trimmed to the borders. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades.
