Offered here is a deluxe art print created by Dave Stevens to coincide with the release of The Rocketeer. Commissioned by Disney, this piece was inspired by imagery from the film and showcases Stevens' signature style and attention to detail. Stevens (1955-2008), renowned illustrator and creator of The Rocketeer comic series, began his career as a storyboard artist for Hanna-Barbera before achieving acclaim in comics and animation. This deluxe edition print is slightly larger than the standard version and features elegant gold borders instead of white, highlighting Stevens' dynamic composition and masterful depiction of 1930s adventure and heroism. An unrestored poster with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as edge and handling wear, noticeable rippling/creasing, and unobtrusive smudging.
