Description

Night of the Hunter (United Artists, 1955). One Sheet (27" X 41"). Charles Laughton, in his only directorial effort, told this haunting tale from a child's perspective. This dark film noir has Robert Mitchum portraying the sinister Rev. Harry Powell, who brandishes the words "love" and "hate" tattooed across the knuckles of his left and right hands. Fine supporting cast includes Shelly Winters and Lillian Gish. This visually interesting film has always had a cult following. There are minor bumps and surface wrinkles to the borders, otherwise the poster is in excellent condition. Very Fine.
