John Ford tackled one of the Wild West's greatest legends when he cast Henry Fonda as Wyatt Earp and Victor Mature as Doc Holliday and recreated the infamous shootout at the OK Corral. Although the film took great liberties with historical facts, Ford claimed that he'd met with Earp before his death in 1929 and filmed the shootout as described by Earp. This fabulous one sheet designed by famed artist Sergio Gargiulo features the beautiful Linda Darnell and shows only edge and fold wear, creases, misfolds, and minor tears. There are strips of masking tape within the folds on the verso. From the Michele Collection.
