Making its first appearance here at Heritage, we are proud to offer this original release jumbo window card for the pioneering Western, Stagecoach. Starring John Wayne in a breakout role, one which firmly catapulted him into Hollywood's "A" list, and filling out the cast with phenomenal performances from Claire Trevor, John Carradine, Thomas Mitchell, and more, the John Ford-directed picture became one of the most influential of its genre, garnering seven Academy Award nominations and two wins. Set against a backdrop of the Wild West, it follows a diverse group of individuals who embark on a perilous journey aboard a stagecoach, resulting in life-altering experiences. The borders and imprint area have been airbrushed while spot touchup has addressed some tears along the bottom border and within the billing block. Color fading remains visible.
