Atom Man vs. Superman (Columbia, 1950). Autographed One Sheet (27" X 41") Chapter 7 -- "At the Mercy of Atom Man."
Villain Lex Luthor (Lyle Talbot) disguises himself as Atom Man, and threatens to bring destruction upon Metropolis. It's up to Superman (Kirk Alyn) to save the threatened city in this thrilling adventure serial. Kirk Alyn would star in two serials for Columbia as the Man of Steel. These were the first live action appearances of the famous DC Comic character. In fantastic display condition, this one sheet is signed by Alyn in the lower right corner, and features a terrific image of the actor as Superman in the inset. Professional restoration has addressed chipping and tearing along the vertical fold. The linen is trimmed to the border, but does not go into the poster. Fine+on Linen.
