A lavish Technicolor musical fantasy, Down to Earth, directed by Alexander Hall, stars the indelible Rita Hayworth as Terpsichore, the Greek Goddess of Dance, who descends from Mount Olympus in human form to correct a Broadway production that mocks the Greek gods. A semi-sequel to Columbia's Here Comes Mr. Jordan, also directed by Hall, the film features many returning characters and blends romance, humor, and dazzling musical numbers in a whimsical tale of art, love, and divine intervention. Dominating the film's stunning Style A one sheet is a radiant image of Hayworth, capturing the elegance and allure that define this enchanting cinematic gem. The borders have been airbrushed and touchup has been applied to the folds throughout to address edge and fold wear, pinholes, creases, fold/crossfold separation, minor misfolds, moderate tears, and some chips/chipping that are being further corrected by replacement. The poster now presents quite well.
