Las interesadas is a Mexican musical comedy directed by Rogelio A. González, following three women who pursue the man of their dreams, only to discover he is not who he appears to be. The film combines lighthearted romance with lively musical numbers, particularly mambo, highlighting the charm and talent of its leading actresses, Amalia Aguilar, Lilia Prado, and Lilia del Valle. The star of this poster is the design by Ernesto Garcia Cabral, which manages a concise summation of the premise in the artist's characteristic cartoon style. Backed to linen, the poster received touchup to the folds and chips in the borders, which have been airbrushed. The delightful country-of-origin one sheet presents well.
