Buffy the Vampire Slayer by Drew Struzan (20th Century Fox, 1992). Near Mint/Mint. Signed Original Concept Artwork in Pencil on Paper (15" X 22").
Though the movie is a horror comedy that leans heavily into the more fun and funny aspects of a high school girl cheerleading by day and battling vampires by night, this concept art by famed poster artist Drew Struzan creates a dramatic depiction of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Featuring Kristy Swanson as Buffy Summer and Rutger Hauer as the evil vampire Lothos rendered in black and white pencil, this original artwork is a fabulous piece of history as one of the first representations of Joss Whedon's Buffy the Vampire Slayer universe, which would later grow into a multimedia phenomenon. The artwork is in excellent condition with only the most minimal of edge wear. It is signed below the bottom right corner of the image by Struzan.
