Although suspense genius Alfred Hitchcock added much wit and humor to his more than sixty films, he only directed one actual comedy, this delightful screwball romp. Carole Lombard and Robert Montgomery play a married couple who have gotten into a rut. When they discover their marriage is not technically lawful, they have to decide whether they really want to stay together. Filled with many hilarious misunderstandings and co-starring Gene Raymond and Jack Carson, this is a fun and fast-paced gem. This gorgeous Italian poster is far superior to its U.S. counterpart and features art by Averardo Ciriello. The poster had minor chipping on the fold lines. Professional restoration has brought the poster back to its original beauty. Very Fine on Linen.
