Plan 9 from Outer Space (DCA, 1958). Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14").
A complete lobby card set from 50s sci-fi film is an uncommon find. Invading aliens bring dead bodies to life to take over the world in this notoriously bad film written and directed by Ed Wood. Wood never completed The Vampire's Tomb, so when Bela Lugosi died, the director decided to take footage from that motion picture to make Plan 9 from Outer Space. Say what you will about Wood, his pictures are always entertaining, even if it's not in the way he intended. Card #1 has some paperclip staining in the upper and lower border. Card # 8 has slight paperclip indentations in the upper border. There are five cards with a rubber stamp with a name and address on the verso, and staple holes. Fine/Very Fine.
