In the 1920s, German theaters used double weight photos as lobby cards, like these vintage gelatin silver, glossy examples. Extraordinarily rare, paper on this film is an incredible opportunity for the most savvy of collectors. Greta Garbo stars in this 1924 Swedish romantic drama in her native country break-out role. Both photos have an embossed German censor stamp, one has light fading around the edges, and the other one is lightly faded with a small crease in the border, a corner bend, and has been trimmed slightly. Fine+.
