Offered in this lot is a special poster, produced before the soon-to-be legendary surfing documentary was picked up for worldwide distribution, was used to promote the film on college campuses. Starring Michael Hynson, Robert August, Lord 'Tally Ho' Blears, Bruce Brown, Terence Bullen, and Wayne Miyata. Directed by Bruce Brown. An unrestored poster with a clean overall appearance. It may have very minor signs of use, such as slight edge wear, minor creases, and very small tears. The poster is signed, "Robert August." Heritage believes that the autograph in this lot is authentic, but please know before bidding that no Certificate of Authenticity is provided. Artwork by John Van Hamersveld.
