One of the most influential poster designers of the 1960's, Pop Art legend Peter Max is known the world over for his numerous psychedelic designs. Offered here is the rare and complete set of posters Max created for the Clint Eastwood and Lee Marvin musical, Paint Your Wagon. Starring Lee Marvin, Clint Eastwood, Jean Seberg, Ray Walston, Harve Presnell, Alan Dexter, Tom Ligon, William O'Connell, Benny Baker, Alan Baxter, Paula Trueman, Geoffrey Norman, H.B. Haggerty, Sue Casey, Eddie Little Sky, H.W. Gim, and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Directed by Joshua Logan. An unrestored poster set of six with an overall presentable appearance. They may have edge and fold wear, creases, tears, surface scuffs, minor stains. Two posters in the lot have a gold and silver mylar surface to them which have surface scratches and scuffs.
