Offered in this lot is a concert poster for a special acoustic performance from Ray Davies, the former lead singer and songwriter for The Kinks. This show at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, Oregon was one of a series of acoustic performances Davies played in support of his solo album Working Man's Cafe. An unrestored poster that appears virtually unused. Closer inspection may reveal one or two minor flaws, such as light edge wear or faint and unobtrusive smudges. The poster is signed by artist Gary Houston and is hand numbered "23/150." Heritage Auctions believes that the signature in this lot is authentic, but know before bidding that no Certificate of Authenticity is provided.
