Bus Stop represents an exciting moment in Marylin Monroe's career in a role perhaps deconstructed from her public identity. It was the first film she was cast for outside of the roles typically assigned by the studio. Director Joshua Logan provided Monroe with what some critics consider her best role- as Cherie, a nightclub singer who wins the attention of Montana rodeo champ Bo (Don Murray). This beautiful British double crown poster with illustration by Tom Chantrell perfectly captures the stars arresting gaze in vibrantly bold and saturated color. The poster has slight edge wear, tiny tears along the borders, and a 3-inch tear near the bottom right corner, which does not distract from stunning the interior image.
