Coney Island (20th Century Fox, 1943). Folded, Very Fine. Three Sheet (41" X 79.5").
Betty Grable and her "Million Dollar Legs" shine in this jovial three sheet for the musical Coney Island. Grable is a shimmy n' shake, turn-of-the-twentieth-century saloon performer in New York. She's "discovered" by a Coney Island promoter (George Montgomery) who tries to transform Grable into a polished entertainer. It works, but she falls for Montgomery's rival (Cesar Romero). Paper from this film is particularly scarce, especially this stunning stone litho three sheet with fold wear, edge wear, light smudging on the borders. Comes in two panels as originally printed.
