The Wolf Man (Universal, 1941). Fine+. Lobby Cards (3) (11" X 14").
Larry Talbot returns to his family estate in Wales and is bitten by a werewolf (played by Bela Lugosi). Cursed to transform during the full moon, he struggles with fear, guilt, and the horror of harming others. Despite warnings from Maleva, a Romani woman who understands his plight, Larry cannot control the beast within. In a tragic climax, he is killed by his own father, ending his son's torment. The Maleva card has light edge wear and some scuffing to the center of the card. The other two cards have pinholes to the corners, a few small splits to the edges, small creasing, minute paper lift to a couple corners, corner wear, stains, border chip and paper tape remnants on the verso of the corners.
