House on Haunted Hill (Allied Artists, 1959). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Famed poster artist Reynold Brown aces this spine tingling one sheet, complete with a crazed Vincent Price clutching the tresses of a bodiless head and a noose wielding skeleton. The raven fill the sky as the backdrop for what is clearly a haunted mansion, only slightly distracts the viewer from the dangling, flimsy negligee-wearing corpse. Five guests at Frederick Loren's (Price) party think they're going to make a quick ten grand by spending the night in Loren's house. The unwitting crew unfortunately learns that nothing in life is free when they begin to die, one by one. Highly presentable and desirable, this one sheet shows only pinholes in the borders and background, and smudging in the corners. Fine/Very Fine.
