PIC & Others Lot (Street & Smith Publications, 1941). Magazines (Multiple Pages). Miscellaneous.
Included in this lot is a vintage entertainment magazine, featuring life and style ads for the time, many interesting accompanying photographs and comic panels for articles, including the main article titled "Six Ways to Assassinate Hitler." On the cover, Maria Montez poses from a scene in Bombay Clipper. Also included are two separate PIC magazines from October 3rd, 1939 and September 17th, 1940, featuring Gloria Dickson, Bronko Nagurski, Ione Smith, and Barbara Denny respectively. The fourth item in the lot is a November 17th vintage entertainment magazine for LOOK (Cowles Magazines, 1953), featuring Marilyn Monroe showing off her famous smile prominently across the front cover. Unrestored magazines with good color and overall very presentable appearances. They may have tears, slight paper loss, minor stains, toning due to age, and/or some fold separation. The 1939 issue of PIC has had the cover completely detached from the rest of the magazine. Fine.
