Tarzan Photo Lot (MGM, 1932). Glossy Photos (15) (6" X 8" - 8" X 10.25"), British Front-of-House Photos (2) (8" X 10") & Satin Finish Photo (8" X 10"). Adventure.
Vintage gelatin silver, single weight/double weight, satin/glossy photos. Some titles included this lot are Tarzan and the Slave Girl (RKO, 1950), Tarzan and the Lost Safari (MGM, 1957), Tarzan's Revenge (20th Century Fox, 1937), Tarzan and the Green Goddess (New Realm, R-1940's) and others. The character of Tarzan is portrayed by various actors, such as Glenn Morris, Lex Barker, and Bruce Bennett. Also included in this lot is a trimmed photo of actress Betta St. John (Tarzan and the Lost Safari), a photo of actress Vanessa Brown (Tarzan and the Slave Girl) and an Associated Press photo of Charlotte Morris, wife of Tarzan actor Glenn Morris. Unrestored photos with bright color and clean overall appearances. They may have general signs of use, such as edge and corner wear, creases, unobtrusive stains or smudges, pinholes, toning and slight paper loss.
