High Noon (United Artists, 1952). Insert (14" X 36"). Gary Cooper stars as a sheriff under siege in one of the truly great westerns. As a lawman preparing to retire and get married on the same day, Cooper must also deal with the news that a man he sent to prison has been released and is coming back on the noon train to kill him. Grace Kelly co-stars as his bride. Many collectors feel this insert features one of the iconic western images: the camera looks between the legs of the killer as Cooper prepares to draw his pistols. The poster has a couple of small edge tears, a pin hole in each corner, and some wear to the borders, all of which has been restored beautifully. Rolled, Very Fine- on Paper.
