2001: A Space Odyssey (MGM, 1968). Cinerama One Sheet (27" X 41") Style A, Robert McCall Artwork.
Fifty years ago, director Stanley Kubrick took us on the ride of our lives with his ground-breaking science fiction epic. Shown originally in only the few Cinerama theaters, the impact of this classic film is still being felt today, as it significantly raised the bar for every sci-fi film to follow. The Cinerama posters are scarce as few theaters possessed the technology to screen the film in Cinerama, and even fewer of these posters can be found rolled instead of folded. This incredible one sheet shows some moderate creases, and it has staining in the top left corner with a couple of small tears, paper lifts, and a piece of paper tape. Rolled, Fine/Very Fine.
