The Aggravatin' Kid (Universal, 1925). One Sheet (27" X 40.75").
Buddy Messinger was a child actor in Universal Studios' Century Comedies. He would continue acting in silent comedic shorts until the sound era when he drifted into bits parts in films such as Citizen Kane (1940). Later in his career he worked as an assistant director on such films as Blackboard Jungle (1955), Giant (1956), and Around the World in 80 Days (1956). Restoration has addressed fold wear, pinholes into the interior, and mild border tears. There was a tear from the top edge into the upper background, and there was paper loss under the image area into the text, as well as in the left, bottom, and right borders. The linen has been trimmed to the border. The poster shows some unaddressed staining in the borders. Good/Very Good on Linen.
