Love Finds Andy Hardy (MGM, 1938). Folded, Fine+. One Sheet (27" X 41") Style D.
A second time pairing, Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney star in this entertaining MGM romp as two points to a love triangle formed at the center of this flirtatious film's plot. Rooney would later go on to make fifteen Hardy films, and Love Finds Andy Hardy perhaps inspired several future musical classics such as Babes in Arms and Strike up the Band in which the two stars would appear together again. This beautifully conceptualized and rare style D one sheet shows edge and fold wear, pinholes, small chips in the left border, minor tears, toning, smudges, faint stains near the upper credits, and crossfold separation within the image of Rooney. There is a small strip of paper tape on the verso within the left border.
