Description
The Black Cat (Universal, 1934). Very Fine+. Lobby Card (11" X 14").Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff, two of film history's masters of fright, starred in eight films together throughout their respective careers and this masterpiece is considered by many to be a landmark film of the macabre. With this being the first pairing of the two horror icons, it's easy to see the rarity of this lobby card as it's one of only two scene cards from the film to picture both stars. Unrestored, the lobby card shows soft corner bumps and a few minor printing irregularities which travel through the image. There are two subtle tears in the left border that are backed by cellophane tape on the verso.
