Based on T. E. Lawrence's book, The Seven Pillars of Wisdom, this incredible motion picture was nominated for ten Oscars and won seven, including Best Director (David Lean), Best Score (Maurice Jarre), and Best Picture. An epic depiction of the revolt of the Arabs against the Ottoman empire during WWI, it established Peter O'Toole as a major star in the lead role of Lawrence. Superb performances were also turned in by an incredible supporting cast including Alec Guinness, Anthony Quinn, and newcomer Omar Sharif. Roadshow one sheets for the film are always in high demand, and this particular copy is in excellent shape with only light fold wear, pinpoint crossfold separations, and a bit of faint toning in the folds.
