Barbara Stanwyck stars in this fun musical-comedy as a newlywed whose husband gets in trouble and flees down the Mississippi. Stanwyck pursues her husband on a riverboat that's bound for New Orleans, where most of the action takes place in a film full of twists and turns. Musical highlights include "St. Louis Woman," "There's Something in the Air," and "Where the Lazy River Goes By." Offered here is a rarely seen complete lobby card set, with minor imperfections such as the title card with bends in the bottom left corner, a stain in the right border, pinholes in upper right image area, and a scratch on the left side. The portrait card has smudges in the image area, one card has a tear in the bottom border, and three cards have pinholes in the upper right image area. Fine+.
